How soon will you ship my items? TOP
For personalized and custom items, we ask that you plan on 2-3 weeks to receive your order. Sometimes we have the item on hand and can run it the same week, but not always. For non-personalized items, we will ship in 2-3 business days. If you need something sooner, please contact us, we can often work magic when needed...it never hurts to ask!

What type of payments do you accept? TOP

We are pleased to offer you the choice of Paypal, as well as Visa, Mastercard or Discover payments processed on-line, We are also glad to accept checks and money orders with notice - please choose the "other" option for payments when you check out and we will be in touch to work that out with you!

What type of shipping and what does it cost? TOP
We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on weight. Shipping starts at $7.50 - and will be refunded to you if your order costs less to ship. For International orders, please contact us for shipping quote before placing order. In the Denver area, pick up at our location is also possible. If you need other methods, or quicker shipping, please contact us to see if accommodations can be made.

Can I return my item? TOP
Yes, and no. For defects in materials, or boo-boos on our part in your embroidery, absolutely! Please contact us to let us know of the problem and we will work out the best answer for all concerned, be it replacement or refund. For boo-boos on your part, we will certainly provide a new item, but it'll be on your dime, so double check your entries!

Can I have different thread colors? TOP

Depends on the item and design, but usually, you bet! For all font embroidery (names on blankets, towels, etc) you can request something not in our selections just by adding it in notes in your shopping cart. If you need to match a very specific color, please contact us before you order...we may have a match here, but we may need to special order, which is a little upcharge.

Do you do completely custom work? TOP
You bet- it is actually the bulk of our business! If you have an idea for a specific logo, or something you really want to convey, contact us and we'll work up a quote. To give you an idea...a typical custom left-chest size logo starts at $30 for setup and $7 per run, but quantities make a difference, as does the complexity of the logo.

Can I get other items? TOP
Absolutely! Please visit our full-line catalog for a more complete selection of items we can obtain, and fill out a request for info there so we can get in touch with you to discuss your order.

Can you embroider my items? TOP
Certainly, although it necessitates you getting those items to us. In the Denver area, this is easy, but out of state, we would encourage you to support your local embroidery shop. If you don't have one, please contact us for quotes and shipping info.

You say you donate money...to who? TOP

We support several local charities with donations of both goods and money...among them are The Action Center in Jeffco, The Mother's Milk Bank, Rocky Mountain PBS, Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado and Maxfund No-Kill Animal Shelter.

Is there a place to see the colors of shirts? TOP
Yes! I'm sorry to not have all the colors of shirts, particularly the pigment dyes on this site. In time, we will get that added, but for now, if you are curious about a particular item, please visit our full-line catalog.
