Privacy Policy: We will collect shipping and billing address to ship your order, email address to confirm it and for questions, and a phone number just in case all else fails and we need to call you to clarify your order. Any information you provide to Flutterby Designs, LLC in the course of doing business with us will never be sold to anyone, ever, period. We hate junk mail and spam as much as you do! At most, we would like to use your email and address to send you notification of specials, updates to our site and events we will be at live and other news worthy bits sometime in the future, but if you would really rather not have these sent to you, no worries, just let us know and we'll put you on our "no bug" list!!

Order Changes or Cancellations: Flutterby Designs LLC will make every effort upon your request, to change or cancel your order, please just let us know as soon as possible of any changes. If an item has begun production, unfortunately, we cannot stop or change the order. You will be charged the original amount quoted for all orders canceled at this stage.

Returns: For non-personalized items, unopened items in new condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of purchase price. Please contact us before sending anything so we know to expect it. For personalized items, with defects in materials, or boo-boos on our part in your personalization, please contact us to let us know of the problem and we will work out the best answer for all concerned, be it replacement or refund. For boo-boos on your part, we will certainly provide a new item, but it'll be on your dime, so double check your entries!

Sales Tax: We will collect sales tax on all orders for customers in Colorado.
